Recruitment

Dear Potential New Member,

Recruitment is an incredible time of year at the University of Delaware where many girls find their new home away from home, their best friends, and some of the most precious memories a person can have.  As Chief Recruiting Officer of Kappa Alpha Theta, I want to personally welcome you into the arms of the Panhellenic Community this year at formal recruitment.

While this time of year may become fast paced and overwhelming it is important to remember what it truly means to be a member of a Panhellenic chapter at UD.  Being a sorority woman has been incredibly rewarding, as Kappa Alpha Theta has brought me closer to a diverse group of people who share a common passion for leadership, philanthropy, and overall Theta love. I have had the pleasure of getting to know some of the strongest and most powerful women who have changed the course of my life forever.

Please feel confident to be yourself and do not feel as though you should change who you are to please anyone else.  Every chapter on this campus has something amazing to offer and I truly hope you find your place here in the Panhellenic community.

From myself and the members of Kappa Alpha Theta, I wish you the most rewarding experience through this year's recruitment.  I hope it is as fulfilling for you as it was for myself.  I cannot wait to meet you this February.

Theta Love and Mine,

Kaylee Drab
